All utilities included except gas and electric ( we pay about 20 dollars a month for utilities) The apartment complex has a basketball court, tennis court, sand volleyball, a hot tub, swimming pool, work out room, a game room, free tanning bed, a computer lab, and a lounge. Comes with free cable and high speed internet. Its right down the street from CSU and across the street from King Soopers and a gas station. Me and a roomate are planning on moving out the weekend of December 11 and would love someone to take over as soon as possible.
