I'm looking for a roommate starting Jan 1. The place is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. It also includes a Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Microwave, and Fireplace. The place is very new looking and there is plenty of parking in the area. The apartment is very close to the everything. Its a block and half from CSU. There is also a 10 month old black lab who is very lazy! He is also house broke and is overall a great dog. Rent is $320.0 a month. The only thing that you will be responsible for is part of the electric and any amenities that you would like... ie cable and internet. Everything else is covered by the landlord. Electric usually runs about $60.00 a month. You must have a good credit history. I'm also not a partier and would appreciate the same in a roommate. I'll be attending CSU starting in the summer.
